Terms of Use
- India Ka No.1 (operated by Hardik Katariya, India) is an advertising leaderboard. Every listing is a paid, sponsored advertisement, labelled as such.
- Indian listings only: listings are only for businesses, brands and creators based in India. Amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹), minimum ₹100.
- Ranking is solely by total amount paid; ties go to whoever reached that total first. Your rank will change when others pay more. Paying buys a listing, not a fixed rank or duration.
- We do not guarantee any traffic, clicks, sales or visibility, and do not verify or endorse any advertiser.
- Prohibited: gambling/betting, adult content, crypto/investment schemes, loan apps, political ads, hate speech, illegal products, impersonation, misleading claims, or content you don't have rights to. We may hide any listing for policy violations (see Refund Policy).
- You are responsible for your listing's accuracy and legality (including ASCI and Consumer Protection Act rules).
- Listings stay up while the site operates; we may end the service with notice on this site.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card/UPI PIN.
- Governing law: India. Courts at the operator's place of residence have jurisdiction.
