Refund Policy
- Listings go live immediately after payment is verified, so no refunds once a listing is live, including when your rank drops because others paid more.
- Exception: if we remove a listing for a policy violation we didn't catch at submission, we refund the full amount paid to the original payment method (within 7 working days).
- Failed or duplicate payments: Razorpay auto-refunds failed payments in 5–7 working days. For a charged payment with no listing, email the Razorpay Payment ID (pay_…) to katariyahardik@gmail.com.
